CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your service and may need to reschedule. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours in advance at no charge. Changes or cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% fee. Last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) will be charged 50%, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and yours. 10-Day Touch-Up Guarantee We offer free repairs or touch-ups within 10 days for gel, dip, Gel X, acrylic, and hard gel services. If anything chips or lifts during that time, reach out—we’ll fix it, no stress.
